We are seeking a skilled Accounts/Admin Allrounder proficient in using Xero accounting software, particularly in payroll management, to join our team. This role offers a blend of financial management, payroll processing, and administrative support.
Role Overview: As an Accounts/Admin Allrounder, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, payroll processing, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations. Your expertise in Xero, especially in payroll functions, will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time using Xero payroll software This is done every Saturday. Perks of working with us is that we offer our employees weekly salaries.
- Manage reimbursements
- Followup on invoices and get invoices cleared if in arreas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, or related roles
- Proficiency in using Xero accounting software, specifically in payroll management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
