The Role:
With the ongoing support of the management team and the stability developed from strong relationships with suppliers over many years and will be responsible for the Business Development and design support of Integrated Electronic & IP security systems to Corporate and Government clientele in your state including:
- Medium to large Access Control Systems (Gallagher - HID - TECOM - AIPHONE - Jacques)
- Digital Displays - Information Display Solutions (Panasonic - Samsung)
- IP / HD CCTV Systems and Networks (Avigilon - Milestone - HikVision - Dahua - Flir - IndigoVision)
- Interactive Security & Building Controls Systems via Mobile Phone
- Intruder Detection Solutions (Gallagher)
- Resources / Mining
- Commercial
- Education / Healthcare
- Hospitality
- Custodial
- Government / Defence
Joining the team you will need to bring with you a good reputation within the Australian Security Industry as an Experienced Security Systems Integrator and be respected throughout the Industry by your peers.
You will need to focus is on providing your clients with a high level solution that provides superior operational performance, and then your employer will support it over the operational life of the system.
You will have a high level of technical expertise in the Electronic Security industry at a Tier 1 systems level to ensure that the systems you are selling are customised to suit the individual requirements to the highest standard.
You will be supported by your management team and project teams who are highly experienced and have demonstrated the capability to complete large projects on time and within budget.

The right candidate: You will need HANDS ON SALES OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IN SECURITY SYSTEMS DESIGN AND INTEGRATION without question.

Working with and selling systems to large and small businesses/ departments, organisations and ensuring, no matter the size of the project, duration of a few months or a few years, whether the market is local or international, you must tailor a security systems solution to fit the customers needs.
- You must be Electronic Security Systems Experienced (In Australia) and operate in an open and honest communication style
- It is imperative you understand the value of innovative products and those available currently in our industry, this will help you find cost-effective and technically capable solutions for your clients
- You will work with clients in a cooperative and flexible approach to their needs, indeed, you will be committed to your clients interests and objectives at all times
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that displays high quality service, efficiency with the goal to offer an accurate competitive solution to your customers that they ultimately decide is their chosen system & solution
- You must understand the sales process from start to finish and be confident at all stages dealing at all levels for the High Technology Integrated Security Systems including, HD/ IP CCTV, Access Control, Alarms & Intercoms
- With your existing contacts and those already in your portfolio with this employer that they will provide you, you will undertake professional opening introductions that impress, roll-out marketing and Business Development /sales initiatives to open doors to new business and to also ensure ongoing support of existing clients systems so the technology for that location remains cutting edge and effective
- Leverage the sales opportunities that present themselves from the highly respectable existing clients that give you the opportunity to cross-fertilize business for today from past successes as referees
- Manage your geographical territory with pride and make it your business to know of all medium to large integrated security systems being planned or available for tender & submit tenders regularly and ensure they abide by the guidelines of the tender and be written expertly
Package & OTE - $120.000 - $180.000 or more + Vehicle or Allowance + Benefits including Bonus or Commissions & Ongoing support and relevant training as required
