We are a thriving Hearing Clinic looking for a talented Customer service and administration superstar to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel at ease.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Performing Medicare and Government claim for payments.
- Coordinating with our audiologists and other staff members
- Keeping our patient database organized and up-to-date
- Handling accounting and billing tasks
What we're looking for:
Vacancy: 2 days/week (Mon and Tue) working 9:00am to 5:00pm each day.
Once trained you have the option to increase to 3 days per week
- Successful candidates may be required to undertake training at our Thornbury site for 1-2 weeks.
- You will enjoy this job if you like Admin and detail- it's a large part of the role.
- Precision with data entry and record keeping is key.
- Someone with Banking, Legal or Healthcare experience will have a starting advantage
- Someone who can speak Greek is also an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills working with email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in Customer service
