Where you will be working…This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, successful and growing business in. In this role, you will be responsible for reception and associated administration duties in a fast paced environment. If you have experience in reception and/or admin or customer service and are ready to for your next challenge then read on!What you will be doing…We are looking for an energetic office administrator or receptionist. Join this well established and successful company with a staff of about 20. The hours are 7:30am-4:30pm. Your duties will include:
- Reception – answering phones, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Incoming correspondence (focus on email) & outgoing couriers
- Retrieving messages
- Receiving quote requests
- Managing shared calendars
- Typing up quotes
- Sending quotes to customers
- Filing
- Meeting minutes
- Assisting with marketing material
- Opening and closing of the studio
- Recording orders for materials and;
- Much much more!!
Do you have what it takes…
- It goes without saying you will have amazing communication skills, be a team player, be friendly, confident and have loads of initiative.
- You will be punctual, have a good work attitude, intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, exceptional customer service skills and be professional and flexible.
- This is a fast paced environment, so we are looking for someone who is able to cope with that and have the ability to multi-task.
- You will have 1-2 years' of admin / reception expereince.
