Your role
- Support the customer through their claims process, providing regular updates
- Collate and Prepare claim documents, policies, and reports to advise accordingly
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Database management- ensure reports and data is correctly inputted into the system
- Ad hoc administration and reporting
- 6-12 months experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential
- Administration assistance, supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric approach, showing genuine care to your customers
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the customer and stakeholders
- Reliable team player who works towards a shared goal
- Attention to detail, taking pride in their work
- $50,000-$65,000 Plus Super dependant on experience
- Flexible start and finish times
- Work with a supportive and fun team, get involved with social work event
