Key responsibilities will include a range of administrative and office duties including:
Timely and courteous phone management
Accurate data processing and inputting
Monitoring and timely invoicing
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Timely and courteous customer assistance
Assist in scheduling medical appointments
Office coordination including procurement of office stationary and medical supplies.
Accurate data processing and inputting
Assisting in marketing and business development
Effective and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
To ensure success you will have:
Previous administration experience
Medical or legal knowledge highly desirable
High level computer skills and ms office competency
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
Accurate data processing and inputting
Strong problem solving capabilities
Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently
