We're looking for a dedicated individual to be an Admin Assistant in our Westmead Hospital car park.
Responsibilities include managing and processing car parking inquiries from staff, students, volunteers, and visitors across multiple communication channels.
You'll be the go-to person for data entry on platforms like Microsoft Teams and Excel, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Strong time management, customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) will also be key as you'll be handling multiple requests and enquiries at the same time.
This is a great entry level role for someone looking to establish a career in administration or office management.
