About the role
Due to continual growth, we are on the lookout for a highly capable Admin Assistant with a finance flair to join our talented Planet Plumbing team. The role is on-site based at its Head Office in Campsie, NSW.
As part of the Finance team you will work closely and assist the Accounts Payable Manager with respect to the accounts payable process and help to resolve issues ensuring relevant documentation is actioned and adhered to lending to a seamless payable process.
What you'll do:
- Assist with administrative duties such as matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices
- Coordination of electronic invoicing system
- New Vendor set up and database management
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payments
- Supplier reconciliations
- Adhoc tasks as required
