A new role has opened up and we are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail and a friendly positive attitude for admin support and as assistant to the Director. The right person will have advancement opportunities and potential to be involved in many facets of our company.
School friendly hours to suit fabulous caregivers with strong attributes, wanting a varied and interesting role - approx 4-5 hrs per day.
Part time - work remotely for part of the time and also some time will be required in our Forrestdale office.
Must have own late model laptop computer - preferably Mac OSX.
Ideally you have previous administration or personal assistant experience. Must have good excel skills and the capacity (and initiative) to learn new systems e.g. technology.
