We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant/Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data from various sources into the company computer system. The successful candidate will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential.
Your Role
- Assist Account Brokers with administrative tasks.
- Processing and preparing Insurance Renewals, Policy Changes, Quotations, New Business and Cancellations.
- Customer service to our clients both via phone and front of house duties to ensure client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a data entry operator would be beneficial.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
