Admin Assistant/Pa

About the company:
Our client is a privately owned team of property advisors that offer a full range of leasing and asset management services tailored specifically to the needs of their clients. This is a high-performing team based in Darlinghurst, Sydney.  

About the role:
In this role, you will be acting as a PA to the director while providing administrative support to the wider team. We are seeking an experienced administrator who has had experience supporting high-performing professionals. You will be the driving force that keeps this team performing. Each day will be different, and responsibilities will vary depending on experience.

• Preparation of contracts.
• Assisting with marketing material and advertising.
• PA duties to the director; phone calls, taking messages, diary management etc.
• Invoicing and word processing.
• Database management.
• Event coordination.

To be successful in this role, an enthusiastic attitude is a must. This is a great working environment that offers flexibility but you must show drive. As the ideal candidate, you will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-4 years of administration experience within the property sector. 
• High attention to detail.
• The ability to use your initiative; picking up duties where required.
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills.
• The ability to work proactively and independently.
