Form of workOur client is one of the largest Mining Contractors in New South Wales and require someone to join their team in Muswellbrook. This role will keep you engaged with something different every day.
About the Role
• 12 months opportunity with a possibility of extension thereafter
• This is a casual role. Monday & Friday preferred then up to two other days.
• Hours: 7am 4pm
Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Arranging Travel
• Arranging IT Hardware
• Expense Claim Reimbursements
• Arranging Catering
• Drafting Itineraries for New Starters / Visitors,
• Stationery Orders
• Merchandise Orders
• Note Taking from Time To Time
• General Admin / EA Support to The Project Manager/Leadership Team
About You
• Positive can-do attitude
• Self-starter and go getter
• Be able to troubleshoot
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Microsoft office experience
• Live local to the Muswellbrook region or be willing to re-locate
• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Have Driving Licence (mandatory)
• Hold a current or able to pass an Order 43 Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Testing
