Admin Assistant (Part time) required for small & friendly Fire Safety business based in Brookvale.
We conduct Fire Safety inspections in residential/commercial properties across Sydney.
As we are expanding, we are looking for an organised, reliable & motivated individual who can problem solve & work autonomously when required.
Experience:- we require experience with Emails, Calendar, Word & Excel It would be advantageous if you have experience with Uptick & Xero but this is not compulsory.
Duties will include:-
- Responding to enquiries via email/phone in an efficient & professional manner
- Maintaining the database including reports
- Creating quotes & invoicing
- Organising scheduling
- General admin duties
Hours:-
- 20 hrs per week.
