We are a progressive accounting practice looking for an dynamic Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organised admin assistant. Working with a passionate, fun and client focused team, you will be a key player within our admin team.The position will report to our office manager.
The role will entail such duties as:
- Being at reception
- Getting mail
- Opening and sorting mail
- Sending out engagment letters to our clients
- Correspondence
- Assisting other staff when needed
To be considered you will need:
- Have a minimum of two years admin experience
- Have experience within an accounting firm or had exposure to accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Be highly organised
- Desire a long term role
- Be a team player
