Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents electronically.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
