Andersens is seeking a dedicated Admin member to join our team at our Browns Plains location. This key bookkeeping and admin role will provide support and have duties, which will include:
- Data entry, processing and invoicing
- Processing accounts payable/receivable
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Assist with BAS and Super processes
- Assisting sales staff with administration duties as required
- Liaise with customers in-store and over the phone and emails
- Learning about and understanding the products sold
- Other financial and administrative tasks as required
We seek a highly motivated professional with a strong work ethic with the following skills and capabilities:
- exceptional customer service skills
- high attention to detail
- bookkeeping experience
- experience in accounting software is desirable
- experience in Netsuite accounting software is not compulsory but extremely useful
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent time management and organisational skills
- quick learner
- autonomous worker who also works well within a team
Available for immediate start, or negotiable for the right candidate. Days and hours negotiable.
