Our prosperity in business and increased clientele have warranted us the opportunity to look for a Full-time Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team based in Greenslopes, Brisbane.
To be successful in this position you will need to:
o Proficiency in Xero, Myob Essentials, Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
o Outstanding attention to detail and chasing job perfection
o An outgoing friendly disposition
- Excellent verbal and written communication with fastidious attention to detail.
o Enjoy being part of a dynamic busy team
o Good work ethic
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- General office administration including filing and reception duties
o Answering and attending to clients' queries via the telephone, email and postage
o Collecting and posting mail, daily bank
- Financial data entry
o Debtor collection
