Part Time Bookkeeper/ Admin All Rounder

Based in inner Brisbane city, we are a boutique corporate service firm, focused on small cap listed companies and those aiming to list, providing CFO and Company Secretary services. Our tailored approach involves collaborating closely with Board and management to achieve corporate objectives.
About the role
This is a Part Time role – 2 -3 days per week.
You will work closely with the Managing Director/CFO as part of a small team in the successful day to day running of the business. Your job role will be varied and will include administration and bookkeeping for the various companies supported by the firm.
Key duties include:
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping to meet reporting requirements;
- Payroll and superannuation function;
- BAS, payroll tax and PAYG;
- Monthly management accounts and reconciliations; and
- Supporting the CFO.

About you
You will need to be experienced in Xero accounting software, Office 365 and creating and using excel spreadsheets. You will be able to multitask and be flexible to hand all task involved with the role. Other key skills include:
