Position: Temporary Admin Call Centre Representative

Duration: 3 months
Location: Camberwell Office
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Induction: 3-day induction program, followed by on-the-phone training starting on the 4th day.
Role Description: We are seeking temporary Admin Call Centre Representatives to join our team for a 3-month period, with the possibly of going permanent. This role involves managing inbound phone calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day. You will be responsible for effectively handling customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing inbound calls
- Providing accurate information to customers
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Recording detailed information in our system
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Call Centre environment
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Current Police Check
- Minimum double COVID-19 vaccination (mandatory for on-site work)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
