Are you a Customer service focused professional?
Our client is currently looking for Customer service focused Professionals to work in a Call Centre environment predominantly also potential to be able to work in a face-to-face Customer service environment.
Skills required
experience in a Customer service role (preferably Call Centre but not essential)
High level of Computer and tech skills required to be able to assist customers in accessing the website and web portals to complete transactions.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Good time management skills and the ability to be able to follow policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
About the role
Working predominantly in a Call Centre environment assisting customers with their enquiries and helping navigating organisations website and web portals and promoting their use for transactions
Part-time opportunities available preferably five days a week five hours shifts between the hours of 8am till 1pm or 9:30 am till 2:30pm. 4 days a week is also available. Must be available to work Mondays and Thursdays .
