Job description

Admin Clerk

We are a Vinyl Flooring business who is looking for a part time receptionist to help with our administrative requirements, three days per week.( Potentially becoming full time) 

Specifically, the job will involve: 

  • Experience in Xero accounting system.
  • Ordering supplies
  • Entering suppliers invoices, price checking 
  • Following up Quotes, 
  • Filing 
  • Warranties, Maintenance manuals for projects 
  • Swms
  • Portal Hammertech, Procore, 
  • General Data Entry
  • Answering telephones 

Successful applicants will have the following: 

  • Ability to work in a team, also independently 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work to timelines.
  • High attention to detail with analytical skills.
  • Flexible approach to tasks.
  • Outlook, Excel & Word experience.
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable systems.
