Admin Clerk
We are a Vinyl Flooring business who is looking for a part time receptionist to help with our administrative requirements, three days per week.( Potentially becoming full time)
Specifically, the job will involve:
- Experience in Xero accounting system.
- Ordering supplies
- Entering suppliers invoices, price checking
- Following up Quotes,
- Filing
- Warranties, Maintenance manuals for projects
- Swms
- Portal Hammertech, Procore,
- General Data Entry
- Answering telephones
Successful applicants will have the following:
- Ability to work in a team, also independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to timelines.
- High attention to detail with analytical skills.
- Flexible approach to tasks.
- Outlook, Excel & Word experience.
- Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable systems.
