Duties include but not limited to;
First point of contact for incoming phone calls and customer contact
Input of data from multiple departments in our business
Preparation of customer invoices
General office duties
Requirements
High level of Computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills
Able to multitask with a variety of Office Admin duties
This is a full time position but we will consider School hours for the right candidate
