JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist to manage the Reception Area - processing visitors, contractors, mail, deliveries, etc.
- Assist to manage the Telephone System - vet and process calls, take and pass on messages, etc.
- Assist to maintaining stock levels of Office Consumables and Staff Amenities
- Support Admin / Accounts / Production functions - accurate data entry and generating reports
- Support Document Management - editing, processing, scanning and filing documents, updating registers, etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent attention to detail required
- National Police Check required
- Driver's licence required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Xero, SAP preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
