Duties include but are not limited to:
- Be the ‘admin person’ behind the scenes helping plan and organise events / workshops.
- Booking workshop venues.
- Ordering catering, transportation, and workshop materials.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing communication to clients regarding the events
- Collect and consolidate post event feedback and provide a report as required.
- Set up and coordinate the workshops utilising a system called Asana – knowledge in this system is highly advantageous.
- Proven work experience as an administrator an events coordinator
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain a valid working with children card
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, builds relationships with ease.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
