You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Customer Service within our market leading team. A key part of our success is our committed and dedicated people, and their commitment to achievement of Sales and Profit targets.
To be successful in this important role you will need to possess the following:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Confident communicator with a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to follow up and close the sale in a timely manner.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage leads, orders and customer interactions.
- Be a team player.
