To be able to achieve our vision we need the right people in our team. As such we are looking for a Generalist Administration Officer to join our team to support both the Human Resources and Finance Departments

The Position

As the Administration Support Officer you will support the HR Team to drive positive employee wellbeing, coordinate education activities for all designations, and provide backfill into both the HR Officer and Rostering Officer roles.  You will also provide much needed support and backfill into the Finance Officer role where you will be responsible for accounts payable; accounts receivable & payroll.  

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in a Finance Officer Role or similar
  • Previous experience in payroll processing
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and follow up
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution/negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small multi disciplinary team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage change effectively and efficiently

Desirable

  • Previous experience in Human Resource functions - recruitment and selection, training co-ordination
  • Human Resource, Rostering & Time Attendance system
