Microair Avionics is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Support & Office Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch Customer Support while also assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional front to our business by managing incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, raising and actioning support tickets to closure in a timely manner.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently through the system.
- Manage inventory movements including receipting and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate inventory records, with an accurate and tidy store.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including external cleaners to maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and recording expenses where required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
