Our new Office Supporter will be critical in delivering a world-class customer experience by supporting Paul and the Mobbs specialist team serve our clients, partners and our community; ensuring all aspects of communication with Mobbs Services is always easy, hassle-free and enjoyable!
You are the Office Supporter we are looking for if….
- You are organised and focused with a clear communication style, logical approach to office data entry, and communication, with a very keen eye for detail.
- You are a wanna-becustomer service Rockstar and believe in your ability to help take the Mobbs Services A-Team to even greater heights.
- You are a proactive, forward-thinking and have the ability to quickly 'think on your feet',
- When your friends and family are asked to describe you - they use words like 'super helpful, nothing too difficult, really knows how to make life easier, goes above and beyond, always a pleasure to be around'
- You have a passion for assisting others with whatever may be required to serve the customer.
- Of course, you've got the goods!
- Excellent computer skills
- Data Entry is something you do while making cappuccino art– you are super accurate, fast, and really clear with instructions.
- Exemplary rapport-making Phone Skills Mannerism – you love answering on the first ring and making the day of who ever is on the other end of the blower!
- Any other naturally gifted skills to impress the socks of us!
What you will do:
- You will support the team on the field with thorough descriptions and great logistics organisation control.
- You will finalise any reports and data entries with exceptionally quick and accurate typing skills.
- You will value-add to the customer service process – offering alternatives, and/or problem solve any situation where require
- You will ensure that the client's requests have been exceeded above their expectations.
- You will liaise with builders/clients to ensure their requirements are executed correctly by the team on the field
- You will review and report to Management
- You will display a positive and 'can do' attitude!
The MUST HAVES:
Phone Skills - You will be on the phone the majority of the day!
Memory Skills - Be able to remember and recall key facts about conversations or instructions received;
Excellent Note Taker - It's critical for you to be able to pull the key information from conversations and write about them in a logical way for others to understand.
Self-Starter - You will be required to break down situations, consider solutions and take best course of action. Dont just sit on your hands, waiting to be given instruction.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH:
In your office, it will be one other person, who will be your leader. She is energetic, fun, and busy all the time.
In the office space more broadly, there are three more guys, and a girl who are there to prepare quotes, getting stock ready and managing other departments , but always there to answer any tricky questions. You will be handing over notes and discussing jobs from time to time with all office and warehouse staff.
On the field, there are a number of trades and apprentices who you will have contact with.
WHAT WORK DO WE DO AS A TEAM - WHAT'S OUR MISSION?
We solve, fix, and install any domestic electrical and refrigeration, and appliance jobs for a lot of elderly clients, tenants, homeowners, and business owners, just to name a few.

Monday to Friday.
8:00am - 4:00pm - flexible!
HOW MUCH WILL YOU GET PAID PER HOUR?
$20-28 per hour + Super + Sick Leave + Annual Leave
