Qualifications & experience
- We are seeking an experienced finance office member with knowledge in an accounts environment and office management is preferred.
- Experience with Reckon and Pronto software is not essential but would be an advantage
- Experience with completing payroll duties
- Experience to use Word and Excel programs to help complete financial reporting weekly and monthly
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Complete payroll duties each week
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Banking and cash register reconciliation
- Cash flow budgeting and Monthly bank coding
- Data Processing
- Support Owners and management team as required
