As an Order Processor, you will play a vital role in our team's success, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include processing orders efficiently and accurately, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders promptly and accurately using Pronto and Salesforces
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email
- Liaise with different departments to coordinate order fulfilment
- Ensure orders are directed to the appropriate teams for processing
- Excellent customer service skills
