A fantastic opportunity has come up for an Administration / Accounts person in a successful engineering business in the Tullamarine area. This well-established company, which has been around since the 1940s, is well-known in its industry.
This new position will involve various tasks. Flexibility in office and Administration skills is necessary to keep up with demand.
Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) Be responsible for the following;
-Processing cash receipts
-Overdue debt collection
-Processing trade credit applications
-Other accounts receivable related duties
-Administration duties
-Answering phones
-Order entry
-Taking service calls etc.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established company offering flexible hours. This is NOT a work-from-home position.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Accounts payable & receivable
- customer service skills
- Be versatile to undertake various tasks in a day
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
The hours are 5 days a week (9.00 am to 2.30 pm) or full-time.
