AKJ Services is a civil construction company founded and owned in Darwin. Our company has expanded significantly since conception in 2018 and require an Office /Accounts Support Administrator to join the team. We strongly encourage and support the development of all employees within our company.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role and will require an energetic self-starter who can confidently prioritise their workload and successfully work across multiple disciplines. You will need to be responsive and be an excellent problem solver.
Administration:
- Management of Defence Common Access Cards for all employees and subcontractors
- Maintenance of company registers
- Work within the scope of our management system documents
- General office administrative tasks including scanning, Printing, Binding & Laminating etc.
- Ordering of Project and office consumables
- Management of archiving
- Running errands
- Data entry for all project teams
- Tiding of Kitchen office
- Taking meeting minitues
Applicants will need to have:
- A high level of software skills (Microsoft Office) and administration delivery experience
- Ability to think on your feet and be able to make quick decisions
- Desirable at least 2 years prior experience working in a similar administration role in the Construction Industry
- Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail
- A high level of both written and verbal communication skills with exceptional computer systems knowledge
- A team player
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to obtain DCAC pass
