NACP Projects Australia delivers commercial construction projects with a difference through Indigenous management, leadership, and 50 per cent community ownership that strives to increase the involvement of Indigenous Australians in the building industry. NACP Projects aims to deliver value for money outcomes and build a trusted brand in commercial construction while generating continuous revenue streams and profitability that allows NACP Projects to invest in social initiatives, training and development and trade competency. 

Your opportunity:

Due to continued project growth, and to support our NACP Projects team in Darwin, we are expanding our team of experienced construction professionals and are now looking to appoint a suitably experienced Construction Administration Support. This role provides administrative support to the construction teams and the NACP Projects leadership team.  

About you:

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Administrative position and be able to demonstrate your experience in all or some of the following:

  • High level IT skills, including experience in the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Providing high level Administration Support to corporate, procurement and construction teams
  • Experience with digital systems
  • Experience with training and implementation of new systems
  • Coordinating and minuting meetings, including prompt and correct distribution;
  • Managing various spreadsheets, databases and registers;
  • Managing company and personnel licencing and booking staff training;
  • Coordinating office maintenance, ordering office consumables, uniforms and stationery;
  • General day to day administrative tasks as delegated, including operation of switchboard;

We are looking for a proactive person who uses their time management skills and initiative to be kept busy. This is a fast-paced environment where you must have the ability to manage deadlines, prioritise work, take ownership of your tasks and be accountable in all that you do.  You must operate with integrity, and honesty at all times.
