About the Role:
Grillex are seeking a motivated administration assistant, who has previous experience in accounts payable or basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day to day operations of the office, with functions such as document filing, answering phone calls, and preparing documentation and reports
- Process price and quantity variances in coordination with the Purchasing Manager
- Support the month end duties and assist the Accounts Manager as required
- Digital management of invoices, request supplier statements, and reconciliation of accounts
- Assist with coordination of company events and other administrative duties as required
About You:
- Good organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Computer literacy in Microsoft and MYOB
- Team player and collaborative approach
