We have a position available for an Administration and Accounts Officer to join our small team based in Malaga. This is a role for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team, where you can implement ideas and best practices and make a real difference. You will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the Perth office.
About the Role
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Accounts receivable and delivery run reconciliation
- Accounts payable cost allocation
- Administering the credit note process
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Address enquiries of invoices and escalate where required
- Complete end of month reporting
- Greet and announce all visitors to the site, providing appropriate assistance
- Collaboratively working with the broader Bells team to improve processes
- Other administrative duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role (at least 3 years)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Consistent achievement of administrative initiatives
- Effective reinforcement of organisational culture
- Accurate and timely processing of accounts transactions
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as work autonomously
- The ability to enjoy your job, are enthusiastic and a natural gravitation towards wanting to positively contribute to team success!
