Do you have great Marketing and Administration skills?
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious and a collaborative communicator.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's Marketing and administrative tasks.
This opportunity will particularly suit an individual who is organized with high attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and support the team with a diverse range of needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders for marketing requirements
- Production of marketing content
- Production of branded documents like presentations and proposals
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials across the business
- Website and Social media updates as required
- Maintain mailing database
- Planning and execution of all internal and external events
- Handle administrative queries and requests from management
- Plan and book travel arrangements as required
- Produce reports and build PowerPoint presentations as required
- Online ordering of office consumables and stationery
- General administration duties including filing and scanning of documents
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Creative in graphic design
- Experienced with tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, InDesign, Mailchimp etc
- Computer literate – competent using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in website and social media management and design
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must have a valid Australian Drivers License
