AddressDue to business growth, we are looking for an experienced and hard working person to join our team based in Armadale. Spectra Lifestyle (Nathan's Cabinets) has become one of the leading manufacturers of residential and commercial cabinets in Perth and surrounds. We specialise in designing and manufacturing award winning kitchens, bathrooms and other fitouts.
The role is integral to the success of our business with a particular focus on builder relations from the initial receipt of a job through to the installation. This role will suit an individual who is proactive and can react quickly in a demand driven environment, while still providing exceptional customer service.
Your ability to effectively communicate is essential, as is your ability to anticipate problems and seek alternative solutions. You must be a team player but also able to work autonomously. A professional phone manner, excellent computer, self-organisation and customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for client queries and scheduling
- Job scheduling including book-ins and postpones
- Coordinate and communicate job schedules, ensuring services are provided in a smooth, efficient and effective manner.
- Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to clients
- Maintain electronic job files including all relevant job information, client correspondence and variations
- Support showroom consultants / serving retail customers when required
Essential skills:
- Experience in scheduling/customer service
- Sound communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisations skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and show high levels of initiative
- Previous experience in the building industry is an advantage but not essential
