The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Administration & Marketing. You'll provide essential administrative support to our Asset Management and Sales teams while lending your skills to create engaging marketing content.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your administrative talents with your creative side, playing a vital role in our Gold Coast office's day-to-day operations and Marketing efforts.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
We offer a flexible work schedule with core hours of 9 am to 2 pm, allowing you to tailor your workday to your needs.
What You'll Bring
Administration Expertise:
- Proven experience in a corporate environment or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Marketing knowledge:
- Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Willingness to learn and create content for social media platforms.
- A keen eye for design is a plus.
- Ability to mark-up drone photography in line with Knight Frank guidelines.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
What You'll Do
Administration:
- Assist Asset Management and Sales staff with administrative tasks and processes.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Provide general office support, including printing, scanning, and photocopying.
Marketing:
- Produce marketing assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that are consistent with Knight Frank's brand and identity.
- Mark-up drone photography according to Knight Frank guidelines for marketing purposes.
- Manage and maintain Knight Frank Gold Coast's social media presence (posting, responding to comments, etc.).
