Client Care & Loan Administration

We're a small but mighty and dynamic Mortgage Broking firm based in Toowoomba with BRAND NEW professional offices on the edge of the CBD. Our upward trajectory means we require an experienced full-time Office and Client Care Administrator along for the ride.  We’re excited about what the future holds for all of us in the business.

The Role:

You will assist in supporting the whole team by making our office run seamlessly and enhancing our Client Care.  You will embrace the RB Finance culture by acting quickly, adapting and overcoming obstacles and showing our clients “what’s possible”! You will support the business owner in day-to-day tasks and be responsible for general office and loan administration.

  • Providing support to make the client experience seamless and smooth
  • Loan Admin and preparing loan submissions
  • Office Admin, including but not limited to, Telephone & Mail Management, Appointment Booking and Management, Client Greeting, Meeting Room Management
  • Maintaining client data and managing all things Client Care
  • Processing and Supporting Loan Functions of the office including Settlements, Lender follow-up, Valuation, Pricing and Annual Reviews.

You're highly motivated, a fantastic communicator and your attention to detail shines through the roof! You understand the trust clients place in you to assist them, you respect that relationship and reward them with a gold-standard experience.

Your Experience:

  • You are a competent and experienced office administrator with exposure to the finance or lending industry.
  • You are experienced in Client Care and can deliver a gold-standard client experience.

Your Personality:

  • You'll be highly client-facing and your professionalism and friendly demeanour will be at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Your organisational skills are next level, you have a place for everything and everything is in its place. 
  • You're a go-getter! You want to find the solution rather than wait for the answers to present themselves and can think laterally to find that solution.
  • You take the job seriously but not yourself seriously. We also like to have a laugh and believe that if you are going to work then you may as well enjoy it!
