There is currently a position available for an Administration and Office Assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our hard working and growing team.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience with XERO or other accounting software systems an advantage
- Previous experience with an ERP system is favourable but not required
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with a high level of verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail and effiency
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to act with discretion and to maintain complete condifentiality
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative support to the Accounts Manager and Senior Management team
- Uploading data to ERP system (in-house training to be provided)
- Provide reception duties
- Arranging freight
- Assistance with internal quality systems and record compliance
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by Senior Management team
