Job Description
Hillmans Transport are currently seeking a motivated and driven administrator to join our expanding Transport Company. The role is part time with flexible school hour options available. You will be working closely with the company director and office manager assisting with the day to day office general administration and data entry.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills but are not limited:
- General office administration experience
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Microsoft office
- Solid data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
- Be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Openness to learn what needs to be done
The right candidate will demonstrate:

- Team work
Proven experience within:
- Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook
- XERO (Optional)
