IBE Metal Fascia and Spouting is a well-established Fascia & Guttering Company who have been servicing the Domestic Housing Sector for 30 plus years.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.

To be successful within this role you will need to have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work within a close team environment and display good teamwork skills. Reliability, Strong customer service skills and be able to multi-task in busy periods.

THE ROLE:

Within the role you will be responsible for :

• Preparing and processing job sheets using Professional Roofing Software Applicad Roof Wizard.
• Interpreting and reading house plans of brand new builds.
• Experience in MYOB is essential or an accounting software program for processing data.
• Coordinating incoming quotes to be processed including enlarging of plans to scale.
• Provide assistance with administration duties to management staff and Administration Co-Ordinator, this role is vital in the smooth running of business. This position will evolve over time and require performance and efficiency in your role.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
• Experience in using multi-line phone system.
• Operation of inhouse computer programs and online programs such as VBA and portal systems.
• Experience working in Construction Industry is desirable.
