A well-established property group who specialise within the commercial sector and have been successfully operating for over 10 years. With multiple services including building & construction, property management, maintenance, property development and building services. They are the go to call for commercial property owners, building managers and tenants. The company is a national provider with offices in Melbourne and Gold Coast and is comprised of a small team who use subcontractors to carry out the on-site works and trades.
The Role
As the Administration Assistant / Property Manager you will work very closely with the owner of the business. This is an extremely varied role with a number of duties and responsibilities which include:
- Taking calls and acting as first point of contact for commercial clients
- Managing a portfolios of commercial properties
- Working in a fast paced high volume environment
- Invoicing
- Managing banking
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Liaising with clients to gain a clear understanding of what is needed
- Ensuring correct works are booked in and carried out
- Setting clear time frames and expectations
- Following up all further works required
- Scheduling jobs
- Liaising with higher management and trades when needed
- General administration
- Ensuring all paperwork is up to date
- Making sure all paperwork and processes are compliant
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
What you need
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous experience within the commercial construction sector
- A pro-active approach to work
- Experience managing commercial properties
- The ability to work well under pressure
- To be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A solution focused mindset
- The ability to multitask

Salary ranging from $65,000-80,000k+Super (dependant on experience)
