Form of workVision Design Metal Fabrication specialises in architectural and structural steel manufacturing and is located over two workshops in Bibra Lake and Yangebup.
After our recent expansion we require an Office Administrative Professional to join our growing team in our Bibra Lake office.
Position requires someone with at least 5 years proven experience in similar industry. Tasks include to be able to provide contracts administration, book logistics/transport and maintain workshop consumables and ordering. You will also require own car, licence and to conduct a pre-employment medical.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
- Organise and maintain electronic files and records
- Supporting Logistics Officer in admin duties
- Making up work books and compiling documents/drawings for workshop and site staff
- Contracts administration and documentation
- Assisting director as required and other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate should posses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy especially in Office 365, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong initiative and be able to complete tasks unsupervised
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Have the desire to learn and train in a variety of aspects of the company and industry to make this a career, not just a job
- At least 5 years experience in similar industry
