They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team in their Rocklea.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Document Control
- Data Entry
- Correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance Reporting
- Database management
- Phone and email communication
- General administration tasks
Skills & experience
- Administration and customer service exposure
- Experience working in a similar position
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office suite of products
On offer for the successful applicant is:
- Monday-Friday hours
- 8 hour days
- Ongoing role, view to permanency
