Job description

Brunel Australasia are currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science technology and innovation. They are seeking a Administration Assistant to join their ANZ team at their Macquarie Park location in Sydney

This position would be ideal for a person who has previously worked in a Pharmaceutical Company or large organisation in Administration.  This is a busy environment so the ability to multitask is essential. This is a casual role that is approved until December 2024.


The role involves:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Create and maintain databases, reports and spreadsheets
• Manage administrative process for documents, database and online systems
• Proactively manage and delivery administrative functions
• Book events and activities – including obtaining competitive quotes
• Manage financial payments through to Finance
• Generate P2P’s and invoices
• Respect confidential sensitivities
• Working well as a team.


Requirements

 

• 3-5 years admin experience in a mid-large organisation  
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Available for immediate start and interview
• Pharmaceutical industry experience ideal but not required
• Australian work rights REQUIRED
