This position will have responsibility for the following:
- Answer incoming calls, meet and greet clients
- Liaise with ATO and other goverment bodies
- Lodgement of tax returns
- Monitor office email and calendar
- Manage daily mail
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Order office supplies
- Ensure office is paperless - scanning/archiving and returning records
- Prepare workpapers for accountants
- Support Business Manager with various administrative tasks
This role is a full time role Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, however part time is available for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and is a team player
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year of Administration experience
