Our recent acquisition of Hervey Bay Roof Trusses includes the establishment of a complimentary trade supply outlet.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the hub of the office, responsible for the smooth workings of all local administration. You will work closely with your counterparts in head office and other sites ensuring our clients get the best of our service.
Day to day you will be responsible all general administration duties including:
- Phone enquiries
- Maintaining production schedule
- Customer invoicing
- Receipting of deliveries
- Organising picking slips
- Internal reporting
- And lots more…..
The Person

Customers will enjoy your professional phone skills and your attention to detail.
We are seeking someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (manufacturing preferred)
- Good general computer literacy
- Independent thinking and initiative
- Sense of humour
It is desirable, but not essential, that applicants have a general knowledge of products used in the building / timber industry.
