Our key Client, a leading National supplier of galvanized steel to the construction industry located in Hexham are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team.
This position will see you working Monday to Friday on day shift, from 7am to 4pm.
About the Role:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Basic administration duties
- Customer Service
- Allocation and coordination of deliveries
- Liaising with drivers
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Answering emails
- General administration duties
- Have experience in an administration role
- Have previous experience working in a logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
- Have customer service experience
- Have experience working in an administration role
- Have experience with Microsoft office
- Available Monday to Friday on day shift
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn new things
- Work autonomously and as a team
