With over 40 branches in the Pacific Region, the Flick team is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to maintain and support the SMART with in the Sydney Commercial Branch. the Candidate will need to be able to present finding to customer and supply information to customer when required.
This Role is a customer value ad, and needs to show high service value to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Managing upkeep of service quality/KPI's
- Contributing to continual improvement opportunities
- Actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes
- Reviewing activity data
- Assisting Branch and customer enquiries where and when applicable
Position requirements
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated client liaison and customer service skills
- Intermediate IT skills, sound knowledge of the MS office suite, particularly Excel
- Presentation skills, creating and participation
- Flexibility in working hours
